Terms of Sale:
Once you have placed your order, it automatically goes to our order processing center to be entered into our system; it is then, forwarded the fulfillment center. When your order has been filled, your method of payment will be processed. Your order is immediately shipped. Your order will be “bulk” packed with 100 AquaBoxes, 100 liners and 100 rubber bands.
Shipping: Your order includes free shipping by commercial/third party delivery service. This AquaBox® offer includes FREE handling and shipping. Outside the US import taxes and duties may apply.
Assembly of AquaBox® is easy! Simply push the bottom edges together and watch AquaBox® Pop into shape. Fold in the edge flaps and secure shape with rubber band. Slip the custom liner into the AquaBox® and add water up to the small stem opening on inside the AquaBox®. Be careful not to over fill. Trim the stems of your bouquet and check for thorns or sharp stems. Gently insert the flowers into the AquaBox® and your AquaBox® Bouquet is ready to Grab-N-Go!
Customize: Be creative – Tie a ribbon, raffia, glue beads, add stickers or small objects to personalize your AquaBox®. Share your message by writing directly on the AquaBox® (use a permanent ink pen). Your message will remain for the entire life of the flowers.

Cancellation: Your order will be carefully handled and shipped. All orders are filled the next business day. If you need to cancel, you have 24 hours from your time of order or until your order has been shipped. To cancel email us: info@aquaboxusa.com
Returns: Please email us: info@aquaboxusa.com for an authorization code and return address. We accept returns within 14 business days from the order date.
Please note: we can custom print (designs, prints and company logos) on any AquaBox® product through our custom printing ordering system. Orders may take 30-90 days for processing after your “art approval.” Minimums do apply. Call or Email us for more details.
