My appreciation of the floral industry was an evolution from housewife/consumer to inventor/product designer, and to that end to fill an industry need.
The need? A replacement for the fragile and accident prone glass vase and the re-design of the traditional vase, to be a convenient, sustainable, disposable, safe, economical and green (bio-degradable) container.
The new container is suitable for hospitals, schools or anywhere an event planner can envision without the fear glass exposes clients to. The AquaBox® also allows personalization options to align with all occasions and events. Launching AquaBox® allowed me to realize this vision combined with watching people’s faces light up receiving flowers in an AquaBox®.
AquaBox® is an extension of my art and passion. It has allowed me the opportunity to share the beauty and love of flowers with everyone in a green and safe way. On A Personal Note…
I was married on Sept. 19, 2014! I have three grown children. I possess an enduring passion for art, fine food and nice interiors. My entire life has been surrounded with art, architecture, food, flowers and entertaining for family and friends. I have traveled around the world and learned so much during my visits in Argentina, Australia, Austria, China, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Seychelles, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand and Turkey. Other interests include: gardening, painting, photography, bridge, tennis, traveling and throwing a great party!
